Product Description
Lucide JOLAN is a matt taupe desk lamp with a plastic body and aluminium base. The round head’s white interior contrasts subtly with its taupe exterior. The head can be rotated and tilted to aim downward light towards a book or work surface. Supplied additional attachments also allow wall or clip-on use, helping adapt the lamp to a compact workspace.
The fitting contains 1 integrated LED source, rated at 3.5 W and 90 lm. Watts describe electrical power, while lumens help assess source brightness. The LED source is included and separate bulbs are not required.
White-light colour temperature is adjustable across 2700–5700 K using the remote control. Lower kelvin values create a warmer appearance; the upper part of the range offers cooler-looking light for work or reading. Colour-temperature selection and brightness adjustment are separate functions.
CRI 80 describes colour rendering compared with reference light. It helps assess how surrounding objects will appear under the light. The LED source’s 180° beam angle indicates broad light distribution.
The manufacturer’s rated LED lifespan is up to 30,000 h. This describes accumulated operating hours, not the warranty period. The specification also states 15,000 on/off cycles, a separate switching-endurance measure that should not be confused with operating hours.
